Owners Packages Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Owners Packages purchased through the Crazy Horse Saloon Owners Portal.

1. Eligibility

Owners Packages are available exclusively to owners and their authorised guests staying at Felmoor Holiday Park or Bockenfield Holiday Park.

2. Booking Information

When purchasing an Owners Package, accurate guest details must be provided, including the guest's name, lodge name and stay dates. Crazy Horse Saloon cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect information being supplied.

3. Redemption

Packages may be redeemed at the Crazy Horse Saloon during the guest's stay by providing the guest surname or lodge name used at the time of booking.

Packages are valid only for the stay dates provided when the order was placed unless otherwise agreed by management.

4. Package Contents

Each package includes only the items, credits or benefits specifically detailed in the package description. Package contents may not be exchanged for alternative products unless agreed by management.

5. Non-Transferable

Owners Packages are intended for the named guest booking and may not be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash.

6. No Cash Value

Owners Packages have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded in part, or exchanged for gift cards.

7. Availability

All package purchases are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, Crazy Horse Saloon reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

8. Alcohol

Any alcoholic drinks included within a package will only be supplied to guests aged 18 years or over. Valid photographic identification may be requested. Challenge 25 applies.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Package purchases may be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours before the guest's scheduled arrival date.

Requests received within 48 hours of arrival will be considered at management's discretion.

No refunds will be issued for packages that have been fully or partially redeemed.

10. Unused Packages

Unless otherwise stated, any unused package benefits expire at the end of the guest's stay and cannot be carried forward to future visits.

11. Right to Refuse

Crazy Horse Saloon reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

12. Privacy

Information supplied during the booking process will be used solely for the administration and fulfilment of the package and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Crazy Horse Saloon reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to the booking.
